Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Guralnik is widely known for her popular Showtime series, Couples Therapy, where she’s helped normalize relationship struggles for millions of Americans. She is on faculty at NYU and the NIP, as well as the co-founder of the Center for the Study of Dissociation and Depersonalization at the Mount Sinai Medical School.

Dr. Guralnik lectures and publishes on couples treatment and culture.
A graduate of the NYU PostDoctoral Program in Psychoanalysis, Dr. Guralnik is practicing in New York City.

Gabriella Rosen Kellerman, MD

Advisory Board

Gabriella is BetterUp’s Chief Innovation Officer and leader of BetterUp Labs, where she integrates organizational psychology, behavioral neuroscience, AI, and more to enhance human flourishing. She began her career in psychiatry and fMRI research, worked on global mental health policies with the WHO, and founded the healthcare tech company LifeLink. She has also held executive roles at Castlight Health and other healthcare and behavior change tech companies.
Co-author of "Tomorrowmind" with Dr. Martin Seligman, Gabriella's work appears in The Atlantic, Scientific American Mind, JAMA, and the Harvard Business Review, and has been featured in Inc Magazine, CNBC, Entrepreneur, and Forbes.
